A gateway account holds your credentials for one payment provider. Orqex routes payments to your accounts; it never holds funds. See the Gateways concept.

Choose a provider

Pick the provider you have an account with.

Enter credentials

Add the API credentials for the chosen environment. Credentials are encrypted at rest.

Set the webhook secret (optional)

If the provider signs its callbacks, store the signing secret so Orqex can verify inbound webhooks. The dashboard shows the webhook URL to configure on the provider side.

Activate

Enable the account so it becomes eligible for routing.

Environments

Add separate accounts (or separate credentials) for sandbox and live. The account used is determined by the environment of the request. See Environments.

Methods and currencies

Each account advertises the methods (e.g. momo_mtn, card) and currencies it can serve. These determine which payments it is eligible for in your routing rules.
